Bang Bang Sauce Ingredients
- 1/2 cup plain Greek yogurt
- 2 Tablespoons mayonnaise or additional yogurt
- 6 Tablespoons sweet chili sauce
- 2 teaspoons rice vinegar
- 2 teaspoons sriracha sauce or other hot sauce, or to taste
- Combine Ingredients: In a medium-sized bowl, add the plain Greek yogurt, mayonnaise (or additional yogurt), sweet chili sauce, rice vinegar, and sriracha sauce.
- Mix Until Smooth: Stir all the ingredients together thoroughly until the sauce is smooth, creamy, and fully combined with no lumps.
- Set Aside: Once mixed, set the Bang Bang Sauce aside to allow the flavors to meld before serving. Optionally, refrigerate for at least 30 minutes for best taste.
Notes
- You can adjust the level of heat by adding more or less sriracha according to your preference.
- Mayonnaise can be substituted entirely with Greek yogurt for a lighter version.
- Use this sauce as a dip for shrimp, chicken, or vegetables, or drizzle it on sandwiches and bowls for added flavor.
- Store leftover sauce in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 3 days.
