Ingredients

Scale

Bang Bang Sauce Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup plain Greek yogurt
  • 2 Tablespoons mayonnaise or additional yogurt
  • 6 Tablespoons sweet chili sauce
  • 2 teaspoons rice vinegar
  • 2 teaspoons sriracha sauce or other hot sauce, or to taste

Instructions

  1. Combine Ingredients: In a medium-sized bowl, add the plain Greek yogurt, mayonnaise (or additional yogurt), sweet chili sauce, rice vinegar, and sriracha sauce.
  2. Mix Until Smooth: Stir all the ingredients together thoroughly until the sauce is smooth, creamy, and fully combined with no lumps.
  3. Set Aside: Once mixed, set the Bang Bang Sauce aside to allow the flavors to meld before serving. Optionally, refrigerate for at least 30 minutes for best taste.

Notes

  • You can adjust the level of heat by adding more or less sriracha according to your preference.
  • Mayonnaise can be substituted entirely with Greek yogurt for a lighter version.
  • Use this sauce as a dip for shrimp, chicken, or vegetables, or drizzle it on sandwiches and bowls for added flavor.
  • Store leftover sauce in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 3 days.
