Instructions

  1. Preheat and prepare baking sheet: Preheat your oven to 400 degrees Fahrenheit and lightly oil a large rimmed baking sheet or two smaller baking sheets to prevent sticking.

  4. Season the potatoes: In a large bowl, toss the parboiled potatoes with olive oil, cornstarch, salt, onion powder, garlic powder, cumin, paprika, and cayenne pepper until well coated.
